"Sizing feels really inconsistent"
I ordered my usual size, but it fit completely different from another pair I bought before. One pair was way too tight, and the next felt too loose. It’s frustrating because it makes it hard to trust the sizing, and the whole process made me feel more like a ticket number than an actual customer.

"Wore out way too soon"
I’m tired of dealing with stuff like this. The shoes were fine at first, but the sole wore down much faster than I expected. I didn’t even use them that hard, so it’s frustrating to already be looking at replacing them.

"Return worked out, just slower than I hoped"
I ordered a pair of Baldinini shoes and ended up returning them because the sizing was a bit off. The return instructions were easy to follow, though I did find myself double-checking little things like the label placement and whether the original box needed to be wrapped a certain way. The return went through fine in the end, but it took longer than I expected, especially waiting for the refund to show up. Customer service did answer me, just not exactly quickly. Overall, nothing awful happened, but the whole process could definitely feel a little smoother and faster

"Looked great, but maybe I got it at the wrong time"
I really liked the design and was excited to wear it, but the stitching started coming loose after only two wears. Maybe I just had bad timing and got one from a rushed batch, but it was still disappointing

The shoes showed up in a crushed shipping box with hardly any protection inside. The actual shoe box was ripped up and looked like it had already been opened or handled before. For how much these cost, I expected the packaging to be a lot better. The shoes themselves seem okay, so I guess I’ll keep them, but I’m definitely not happy with how they arrived...

I used baldinini-shop.com it was straightforward overall. Like, the menus made sense, the product pages opened without any issues for me, and checkout was easy enough, no weird extra steps or anything confusing. The only thing I noticed is that the filters could be a little better. I had to click around more than I expected a few times to find what I wanted. But yeah, overall, it was a good shopping experience

"Not a lot there to pick"
I went on baldinini-shop.com thinking I could maybe find a nice pair, but there was not much choosing happening. A lot of sizes were missing, and the styles felt kind of thin too. It was like the good stuff was just not really there.

"The tracking was frustrating"
I ordered a pair of shoes and, the tracking was kind of confusing. It barely updated for a few days, so I kept checking it and still couldn’t really tell where my package was. The shoes did arrive in the end, but in my opinion the delivery updates made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be.

"I figured for the price the leather..."
I figured for the price the leather would feel a bit nicer, but it felt cheap right out of the box. After just a week, it was already starting to crease, which isn’t really what you want to see that quickly. Common sense says it should hold up better than that.

I got the order confirmation almost immediately, but after that there were basically no clear updates. When I tried to check the status, everything felt confusing and unclear. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely didn’t give me much confidence for a first-time order.

"Nice shoes, but the prices and process could be better"
I really like a lot of the shoe styles they have, and I’ve definitely found a few pairs I’d want to buy. That said, the prices don’t always feel that competitive compared to other shops, and some items seem a little overpriced. I’d probably order more often if the discounts were better. Also, the next steps aren’t always super clear, which can be frustrating when you’re trying to figure out what happens after adding something to your cart or placing an order.
